Shipping:
All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Express Shipping not available at this time.
Allow for a 1-2 week turnaround from the date of your purchase. Anticipate that time frame when expecting your item.
Paloma Blanca is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged during shipping. Matters such as these must be taken up with the postal service and will be handled in a case by case basis.
Return on Apparel:
We want you to love our products at Paloma Blanca, and we want to be a place where you can count on quality and excellence. If you don’t like something you’ve ordered, we do not offer refunds, but we will gladly exchange your purchase for an item of equal or lesser price within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be unworn, and in the original condition. Merchandise that has been worn or altered will not be accepted for return.
Return on Oils:
I formulate and create every oil by hand with the highest quality of pure olive oil and essential oils. I list each ingredient used in the creation of the scent in the description of the item. I do this to inform you and avoid any allergic reactions and sensitivities. With my background in nursing, outside of your spiritual health - your physical health is my utmost concern. Should you experience an allergic reaction, call 911 and seek medical assistance. Next, reach out to us following the steps below for full refund.
How to get an exchange or new item process:
- Shoot us an email at shoppalomablanca@gmail.com with your exchange request to start the process.
- Then send the original unworn item to the return address on your package within 30 days of arrival of your purchase date with the following:
- Your name.
- Date of your purchase and invoice number.
- Item description and your size that you would like to be exchanged of equal or lesser price. *For oils, the seasonal scent you purchased.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, but when we send out your new item – the shipping is free!
- Once we receive your package, we will complete the return and get your new item(s) sent out to you right away.
