All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Express Shipping not available at this time.

Allow for a 1-2 week turnaround from the date of your purchase. Anticipate that time frame when expecting your item.

Paloma Blanca is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged during shipping. Matters such as these must be taken up with the postal service and will be handled in a case by case basis.


We want you to love our products at Paloma Blanca, and we want to be a place where you can count on quality. We put a lot of time, attention, and prayer to each item before it gets to you. If you don’t like something you’ve ordered, we do not offer refunds, but we will gladly exchange your purchase for an item of equal or lesser price within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be unworn, and in the original condition.

How to get an exchange or new item for equal or lesser price:

  1. Shoot us an email at shoppalomablanca@gmail with your exchange request to start the process.
  2. Then send the original unworn item to the return address on your package within 30 days of arrival of your purchase date with the following:
    1. Your name
    2. Date of your purchase
    3. Item description and your size that you would like to be exchanged of equal or lesser price
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping, but when we send out your new item – the shipping is free!
  4. We will complete the return and get your new item sent out to you right away.

Merchandise that has been worn or altered will not be accepted for return.
